One customer in China imported a big exhaust extruder from Japan to run EVA, the outside diameter is up do 380mm and the length is up to 10270. Adjusted this extruder time and time, plastic kept on going away from exhaust hole and extruder could not be used any longer. Japanese can find no way out and customer was very urgent. Met lost of large bankroll and defeat possibility, our engineer tried out many ways and finally took down this problem. Big extruder could be used normally and that proves Chinese could do anything even in plastic machine field.

One film blown maker want to buy new equipments to enlarge film output. Shanghai Alpha analyze they existing film blown machine and got a result that if to restructure these old machine in economic and easy way, and to change the behindhand technical method, the original output could have 20% higher. There is no necessary to buy new machine and could save much more money. Even Shanghai Alpha did not get a new extruders purchase order in this case, but customer's resource could bring into play farthest.

In Africa, in the face of huge reclaimed plastic market, our local customers always put they bankroll into recycle/reclaim plastic machine year after year.
